Tirfecta 33-Word Writing Challenge: On the Count of Three . . .

This weekend’s Trifecta Challenge is to write 33 words of our own to build upon the phrase “On the count of three”  . . .

On the Count of Three . . .

Swan Lake drifted through the air unheard over the clamorous bewilderment of convulsive upheaval causing Madam Pimpipski to rethink her dreams of hippopotami water ballet.

“I swear, Maurie, if she tells me to point my toes one more time it’s gonna get ugly!”
Until next time . . . I love you

    • Thanks Lisa. I was reminded of the name Maurie ever since I saw the most adorable two year old boy named Maurie at the park last week. If Jackie finds out she’s having a boy I hope she names him Maurie! (I think they like the name Henry– which is cute too, but I’m going to put my two cents worth in for Maurie! I’d just love to have a Lily and Maurie running around here! 😀

  1. Ooh, ooh! Can I play Miss Linda? Huh? Can I?

Jim needed only a few precious seconds to escape. They set the timer carefully on the TNT charge and looked at their watches. Should go off on the count of…blamo! Premature evisceration.

    • LOL Rich!! Bravo!

Becky saw what Jim was doing and started backing away not knowing that there was a log behind her, she tripped and blamo!. Premature baby (oops forgot to mention she was pregnant) . . .

  2. I think she should hang in there. Just turn up the speakers Mme, Pimp, if I may be so casual as to use your infamous nickname. I enjoyed this Linda. Sweet but still funny!

Please leave a comment. I need help finishing my sentences.
